Course Overview:
This Workshop is for equine chiropractors and veterinarians, and is designed around the acknowledgement that the equine foot is a living part of the whole body and that their relationship is synergistic and inseparable. More often than not, the factors that directly or indirectly affect the health of one also affect the health of the other. Hoof form and health also provide valuable insight into the state of a horse’s physical and psychological health as well as the factors that impact them. This Workshop’s information is necessary for correctly identifying and understanding the origins and treatments of hoof, gait, and postural abnormalities, including information that may be of considerable use to the equine chiropractor in identifying, and successfully conveying to clients, crucial information about cause and effect in the hoof/whole body relationship, particularly as it relates to the potential success of chiropractic treatment.
