This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The IVCA collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of The IVCA website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by The IVCA.

Several of the activities of the IVCA requires registration by forms found on this website. The personal information in these forms will not be stored online but will be stored securely by the IVCA office. The provision of all personal information is voluntary but may be necessary to hold an IVCA membership or certification or to use our services, such as the attending events and using the ordering on web services or online directory. We do not sell, give, or otherwise pass on any of our data to any other organizations or another private person without your consent, if not required by German law. On occasion we share your information with trusted partners to support us with our website and mailing list. As part of the purpose of the IVCA certification process we may give out your certification status to third parties if we get a direct personal request for this.
