Course Overview:

This 4 day course will start at 9a m- 5/6 pm. Close by are plenty of Hostels, Hotels and Homestays, but keep in mind it is ski/holiday season so don’t wait to long to book accommodation (https://www.ohlstadt.de/de/unterkuenfte-suchen.html).

 

Course Content:

This course will show the participants the importance of understanding fascia, its 3-D network, the identification of musculoskeletal dysfunctions in reference to the animal fascial system and to apply the Fascial Manipulation system as taught by Luigi Stecco. The goal of the course is to identify specific points of fascia causing movement restrictions and then to manipulate them, often far away from the problem area, to restore movement. These will be taught combining theoretical and practical elements as well as a live demonstration of all steps of treatment.
