IVCA CPD approval:

IVCA approve this courses for 20 CPD toward specific animal chiropractic part of the CE requirements of the IVCA.

Course Overview:

Friday 4-9 pm: History, Philosophy, Business and Neurology with Dr. Jay and Dr. Petra.
Dr. Petra has done extensive studies on the history of animal chiropractic by spending time at
the Palmer Davenport Achieves, she is also a Business Graduate and will help you take your
animal chiropractic business to the next level. Dr. Jay and Dr. Petra will draw from their
coursework @ Carrick Neurology Institute and will prep you for Sunday’s horse brain
dissection & lecture.

Saturday 8-5 pm: Advanced Horse Adjusting with Dr. Jay Komarek,
Dr. Jay Komarek has been an animal chiropractor for 43 + years, the movie Life.Adjusted is
about him and the power of animal chiropractic. This will be an intensive one on one hands on
day of horse adjusting.

Sunday 8.30-5.30 pm: Recap of advanced Horse Adjusting, Advanced Dog Adjusting.
Neurology Presentation by Dr. Stephen Peters. Dr. Stephen Peters is known for his Neurology
Talks and study of the horse brain through Best Horse Practices Summit. He has been
teaching with famous trainers such us Taylor West, Mark Rashid, and Martin Black about the
behavior and training of horses
