Animal Chiropractic Summit

•Expand students knowledge of the concepts as they relate to neurology, tone, vibration, frequency to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the factors inherent in a chiropractic adjustment.

• Educate students on the functioning of the stomatognathic system

• Introduce students to bovine and porcine adjusting, farm animal handling skills, safety, etiquette, how to find a subluxation and how to deliver an adjustment.

•Work with students in an intimate setting to enhance current adjusting techniques, introduce them to new techniques,

work on their posture awareness, rhythm and horse, dog and cat handling skills

• Present students with marketing and business ideas to grow and expand their Animal Chiropractic Practice

• Teach students about the upper cervical complex of the horse

• Deepen the student’s understanding of horse behavior, neurological concepts and current research.

• Present students with a wet brain species to better visualize a horse brain and its functions

• Observe and provide feedback as students adjust/palpate and handle dogs and horses

• Introduce students to common neurological issues and the students will be exposed to a proper neurological exam

• Deepen student’s understanding of the equine hoof and common pathologies

• Present equine nutritional concepts

• Explore the anatomy and adjustment methods for avians

• Create a learning environment that is safe, enjoyable and nurturing for all of our students.
